Who I am
I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
I obtained my Clinical Psychologist degree from the University of Milano Bicocca in Milan, and I qualified as CBT Therapist at the A.T. Beck Institute in Rome.
I am currently working at the Centre for Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy in Rome.

What I do
I offer mental health services for English-speaking clients:
- Psychotherapy (for individuals, couples and groups) based mainly on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MIT), Mindfulness and Compassion
- Psychological assessment for adults
- Psychological counselling
- Tailored interventions for individuals and groups
I provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of psychological difficulties. They include mostly all the spectrum of anxiety disorders, mood disorders (such as bipolar and depression), relational difficulties, emotional dysregulation or/and overregulation, substance and behavioural addiction, and personality disorders.
